1. Not suggesting anything about anyone but as clearly stated in my post speculating on events  that we are all currently aware of, events that may or may not occur, speculative possible scenarios and most importantly in the absence of a significant commercial deal being announced.

2. None of us will ever know the answer to this until a speculated LB take over offer becomes reality and  announced.

However, imo the above speculation has become a reality to many good ASX listed companies in the past with a very similar pattern of activity occurring over 2-3 years. I will defer to you to conduct your own research on that one.
