2 of these are on the way. We already know this and both the payment confirmation and the June quarter James Bay DFS will both light their own fires under us.
There is also the possibility that May's SDV DFS may have something for GMM as well. That would be a nice bonus if GMM were handed the opportunity to invest in SDV. If not, then GMM can start banking profits that will fund their share of the James Bay plant without any need for credit.
GXY/GMM need to be in lock-step with their plans for the next stage to maximise their acceleration. They have the combined profits over the next 18months to tackle one very strongly, or to get the 2 new assets (JB and SDV) underway at a smaller scale, with plans for ramping up capacity over time.
The first 2 shipments alone are worth between $108m - $126m USD.
That's a great deal more than what PLS credit-raised to start building their mine and vastly more than NMT will get for shooting themselves in the foot and selling down their share of Mt Marion to 13% by the end of the year.
Mt Cattlin size plant was only $79m AUD (in 2010). Deano is right - it should be called 'Easy Bay'. Even GMM could fund this size build on their own.
The third point you raised - well the ASX300 cavalry aren't going to appear over the hill for a while.
We've missed inclusion in the All Ords until it rebalances next year in March.
ASX300 too is until we really get cracking and start moving to our next sp target of $1.00 and higher. This is the double-edged sword of having low dilution - our market cap remains low even though the share price is climbing. Even at $1.00 a share - our market cap would sit at $311m - still a complete bargain.
We will just have to look after ourselves at GMM. We can do that simply by holding and picking up as many as we can, when we can. Don't blame me if you missed getting yourself set up now when this share is sitting at $5.00 in a few years' time
Some accumulation is going on and it feels like a bunch of funds are playing around like cats, nudging things around, taking small profits on pips, selling shares to themselves and trying to shake out some holders.
People know this is about to spring up on the next announcement and hit new highs soon - but its a waiting game.
Trust yourself and don't be too impatient.
Look how far we have already come without the hype.
