Ahh the good old tax laws and family trusts.

Always found it hard to understand the tax implications behind family trust.

It seems like a good way of chosing whom to distribute the profit but you still have to pay tax at the end of the day.

Some may even want to keep that profit and buy more shares through the trust then you got to pay the tax on that profit in the trust.

Not sure its worth it but am willing to be proven wrong.

Someone in the know needs to start a tax thread somehwere.
