Scottport, I find it interesting its being shorted as well. I cant find the link I read the other day, but brokers recommending sell due to being in control by the banks.
I wouldnt put too much into it just yet, re-rating wont happen till refinance issues solved in 2 months+ (based on ann) but when it does, expect mid teens.
