I believe you made a great move, with the imminent capital raising / Acuity short sale as part of the CPA.

If Tanah Capital didnt see value at this at $0.009 (and they had access to more information than us (aka the Lease Agreements), then why should anyone else.

Tanah Capital did subscribe to shares at $0.005 though

Raising $12M AUD to complete the project will be very interesting... given that only 350m shares are available prior to shareholder approval (which requires a meeting etc with a likely suspension of trading until approved).
