If the option is attached to the previous placement you dont need to convert it if your
intention is to sell you can just sell it as option and make the same profit these
investors are anticipating much higher share price for the ordinary shares.if all the
options are converted its cash coming to the kitty worth almost $8 million which
the company can use for additional smelters .
