I disagree kosener.
Most of the directors have placed a lot of faith in the company.
They have converted their loans into shares.
They are also taking shares in lieu of wages.
The SP was decimated and has been way down below 7 cents for a significant part of the last 9 months. The directors could have issued the shares at between 4 to 5 cents - they did not.
You must also remember, that converting loans into shares and taking shares in lieu of cash wages, does not prevent directors from making on market purchases.
I am a top 20 shareholder in Nusep Holdings and things are progressing along extremely well. There is a realistic chance that Nusep Holdings will realise a lot more of it's potential over the ensuing months.
