Since you were arguing for 15 cents and the directors put their fingers up to you and said - nah, 7 cents is a better deal for us - I felt that 10 cents would be a good balance. Even though I agreed with your back of envelope valuation.

The directors have argued that shareholders are not recognising the value of PrIME in the NuSep accounts AND their actions,as management and SHAREHOLDERS confirms that they don't believe in the PrIME valuation either.

However, all the directors are doing is weakening shareholder ownership and developing pulling power for themselves to enable them to ignore valid questions on their governance and activities.

They refuse to answer the questions and seem to claim they are above all criticism by treating shareholders with complete disdain!
