Some familiar names on that ASIC link you posted - it's been a while since I've bothered keeping up to date with who is back in and who is out in the insolvency world.

So Hoji - if you're not Jason and if you don't hold an interest in OZB or 3DM or CAJ ... then why do you spend most of your time on these forums???

Seems strange. Someone with nothing to gain (or nothing to lose) is so embedded in these stocks.

Did you know there are thousands of equities on the global market you could spend more time researching and investing ... and there would be plenty of private entities out there that would sure find your diligence and research rewarding.

Or you can just stop all the bullshit and misconception and explain to us all what your intentions are with all these boring (well most) comments.

Is anyone attending the OZB AGM?? Will be interested to know if it will be in Perth or in Melbourne given 333D business location.

Based on last years notice and AGM dates, we should be receiving notice towards the end of this month. I would expect that we will receive a transaction update prior to AGM as part of the resolutions should form part of the transaction.

GLTA as we wait for another announcement on the status of the OZB-333D transaction. I mentioned in a prior post that the conditions precedent to the latest exclusive distribution agreement gives me confidence that 333D are continuing with business operations as usual and that the transaction will occur. DYOR.
