I'm not sure, I think he has 5 years to act if was a breach of the corporations act but could be more.
I'm not a lawyer, so I can only go on what I have read.
As far as how old this is, the doca was amended (to pass) just recently.
It also says that Jason might raise funding through a GoFundMe type of campaign.
He did say that he lost everything and is on centerlink support.
He has also mentioned that he is waiting on ASIC before he takes the next step.
