Ooh "Jason" must be seething.
If I was Jason I would seek legal representation and pursue this through the courts because based on your research 'Hoji' he has a strong case to make.
Strange though all this took place a while ago now. I would have thought that if he'd had a case he'd be well on his way to making it now.
Time will tell I guess but since OZB continues to sign contracts it appears to operating unimpeded by any legal wrangling
Perhaps Jason's case isn't as strong as it seems...
What's the statute of limitations on this Hoji? Does "Jason" have much time left to act?
