Here is a hypothetical question for you. If you had 4 million shares and you lost them while no other person lost theirs during a so called restructuring or improper use of voluntary administration., would you still feel that way?

I think there is a very good argument to be had that the admin has some hard questions to answer. But that's ok because he is also a lawyer who apparently knows his stuff.

I have no way of knowing, but this could be a reason why the ozb deal has been delayed quite a bit.

How do shareholders feel about the delays?
At least we now know why 3dg/3di went into va and one side's story behind it.

A statement from OZB would be nice, After all it was them that gave the chairman and the other 2 directors the tools to place the company into va.
I would be surprised if OZB don't back the claims that it was them who insisted on 1 director taking 200k, after giving 3dg 330k just previous to this. It was a part of the loan agreement between ozb and 3dg that would see ozb lose 100k if the deal fell through.

So is it likely that OZB really caused the va? No, it was the chairman and the other 2 directors that voted for va. Ozb did not have any power to do that.

Would OZB put their hands up as having a part of this?

David Wheeler is the CEO. I wonder if he knows that Graziano and conidi were directors at lithex years ago? I wonder if Kibaran knows about this. All it would take is 2 google searches to find out.
