I'm gonna start this one off with a DYOR.
But, 3D Group have gone into voluntary administration, from what I have gathered, another group (I'm not sure of the relationship) named 3DDD have talked to administrators and are buying their debt, then OZB will be finalising the proceedings with 3DDD. From what I understand, OZB will still engage in the reverse takeover with 3DDD, when all is done, OZB board will be replaced by a board named by 3DDD.
Again, DYOR.
