At the least I would imagine ASIC and the ASX would look seriously at the story.

Who knows what the consequence of a finding against the 3 directors would mean to the shareholders or the company. I'm guessing it wouldn't be good though.

Some of the alleged evidence, if found to be genuine COULD be quite devastating.

Remember, if you don't like the info, you are free to talk to the people involved in those actions.
That's if they would talk about it. If they say they have nothing to hide i see no reason why they wouldn't give the whole story.

At least 1 ex director of 3di is happy to give you the information on what happened and why it's been this long for OZB shareholders to get a return on their investment.
