You are obligated i believe at least morally to disclose this if it is part of the terms of use of HC- I don't know the rules /laws.

As I said earlier you have an obligation to disclose you are a party to these things not an unbiased observer helping out fellow holders don't you think?

We can all then make a decision of ownership based with this information and likewise we can seek clarification from the Director's who seem to be slated unmercifully with no right of reply- quote whatever precedent of corporations law you like - you'll get your day in Court and both sides get to tell their side.
