Agree. In such reverse take over, consolidation ratio will be determined based on the SP at the time of consolidation and hence these people will push the SP as high as possible to get attracted ratio. Hence, i don't believe share holders will be 66% or 44% down as other mentioned at the top.
IMO, similar to push of RCM, this will at least trading at 0.02 or over prior to consolidation.
