IMO SP will be north of 3DM SP - has to be. I think we are looking at 20 cents plus.
3D Group is the head company of 3DM and 3DM is highly reliant on 3D Group (refer to my previous post under the 3D Group & 3D Medical thread).
Just to clarify - there is no indication of what the consolidation ratio will be. It is clearly stated that "the reconstruction ratio may change dependent on the Oz Brewing share price at the issuance date of the Notice of Meeting."
