You would've noticed significant volume in the last 5 trading days - speculation on a new reverse takeover target or is it linked with the CAJ and 3DM movement. Time will tell - an ann seems imminent.
When I last checked shares issued were approx 686m. Based on 16 Jan 15 ann and the respective timeline and share issue - no indication of a consolidation but there will be a dilution of shares with the new shares that will be issued.
IMO - despite the dilution of shares the SP should NOT fall as the value of 333D will come into play and drive the SP higher. If I have the respective financials for 3D Group I would be able to do a quick valuation check and apply the new shares to be issued to determine an indicative SP.
3 weeks until the reverse takeover process is due to commence.
