I cant believe you can get excited over a few lousy cents temporary increase ,solely on the back of a litigation win ,when the stock has no assets of any credibility.as for Phil having assets they would be protected by trusts and possibly held in countries where australian law has no standing .Phil if you can believe the media has agreed to pay around $35 mll to the ATO ,they could possibly have forced him to declare any assets in trusts. But anyone else has Buckleys .unless phil for reasons that benefit him decides to mediate a settlement ,But I bet pigs will fly first. So I think I have more clues than one ,who,s partner is a finance lawyer,Such a claim to fame and legal wisdom,I think not . Oh by the way is it about 6 weeks overdue the announcement on the manganese project.
