Hi Rumot no why would I snigger any comments I have made have been to hopefully save you smaller investors from getting burned .I told you Phil was smart and he will run up your legal bill and if he loses you may still not get anything from Phil or his Companies also if Phil wins and is found not to have done wrong He may start issuing defamation suites and costs against CHM and others and it may enable Murchison to reclaim the monies and costs they paid to CHM .As for the other matter CHM used a smart move to get out of their deal with singapore funders but I think the High court may overturn the previous decision ,anything is possible in legal circles and if this occurs CHM shares May be worth Zilch ,I imagine Mr Sage is none to happy at the latest appeals ,Maybe he was sold a pup by the directors who just retired,a wise move would be take some profit ,this is only my opinion ,but maybe you should talk to the experts
