PLA have lurched from one problem/disaster to another even before production started (they were way late & overcost on plant construction). It never seems to be managements fault as someone else is to blame. However the SP tells the truth ... down almost 95% from its highs.
Who can blame BOA for getting out! This bunch of clowns will continue to make a mockery of the word management.
