US oil production jumped up last few weeks even though global supply was increasing and price falling...... 
Trump last week comes out and says the price is still too high.  Trump wants the Saudis to make oil cheaper as some kind of punishment for Kashoggi murder which also hurts russian economy.   Unfortunately the short term looks bleak for oil - a harsh winter may cause increase in natural gas and heating oil use as a light at the end of the tunnel but this month I think more pain ahead.  A buying opportunity for sure.
