WTI price is currently around US$65. Very hard to eke out a profit from shale oil at $65. It is not just operational cost that has to be considered. Think of development cost, cost of capital and the fact that shale oil companies want the oil price to go up! Worldwide, there have to be a lot of oil producers that cannot money at current Brent price.

I think you will make money on your trade. PEL91 alone has lots of oil on the ground that is awaiting discovery. I am hoping that there is one big lucky strike in PEL 91 next quarter ( 4 exploration wells planned). Good luck. Hope it doesn't too long to sort out this oil price nightmare.
