My thinking is they have spent 10 yrs spending capex etc and this is now all but done. Products are ready to be sold both on military side and space. At they meeting they also said around 1/2 space contracts will likely be in USD. Which was pleasing given A$ looks weak.
Might take another 12 mths, but that's fine.
