I don't know what this idiot is saying as I am ignoring him. He should stop chasing my tail and stop winning around. There is no idiotic person than him in this forum.
Anyway, yes I sold out 75% of my ELM holdings around $1.90-$2.00 a year ago because I saw in AGM which I attended to on May 2011 that the new management would create problems by listing the company in Canadian TSX and the world stock market will go down severely. (I think the old guys here know my opposition to the new management of Ian Stalker and TSX listing in 2011. I always supported Mark Jones and Garry Thomas and I still do)
I claimed this on my Post #: 6826203 on 08/06/2011. The sp was $1.94 at the time of my post (Source: Click here), and it went well over $2 after my post. Everyone had the opportunity to sell his/her shares at that time.
I said; "ELM's fundamentals are the same, nothing has changed other than control of management which has a very strong tendency to sell more than 30m shares. ELM will have to make the cap raising at much lower price than $2. Otherwise they can't sell at this very bad economic conditions of the world. And the sp will come down at least 5% less than the placement price. That's the rule. Sprott wouldn't buy ELM at $2! If they would I would say the management; "Bravo""
Then I claimed by my post # 6826203 on 14/06/2011 Source: Click here that I sold the rest of my shares and got out. The sp was $2.04.
Yes, I claimed this when the sp was $2.04 !!! And the sp came down to $.125 on 10/08/2010 when they announced the cap raising on 11/08/2010.
As you know, they made the cap raising at $1.25, this management waited for a long time for the price to come down for offering cheap shares to the new investors. That is disgusting of their management. I don't like what they did.
By the way, where were those idiots at that time and why they didn't sell and got out if they follow me. No, they don't follow me, they look for someone to blame other than themselves when they made a bad decision. (They actually did the opposite of me, so they should blame themselves in any case).
Anyway, I am buying now. I am holding two stocks; main investment on NSE (over 2m shares) and some on REY (~3m shares). I am watching more than 50 stocks. I couldn't find anything better than ELM. ELM has strategic resources at high grade and is too cheap at this price. The main things I consider as big positives when I pick a stock are:
1) Strategic resources (should be in demand soon) 2) High grade 3) Low cost transportability 4) Good management.
ELM has the first 3 of those positions but unfortunately not the 4th one.
ELM is being pushed down artificially by some dark forces.
ELM's big shareholders should look at this situation and should take the the legal actions if necessary.
PS: To the idiots, please don't follow me.
