Brazil also has some significant potash deposits but having said that nothing anywhere near the scale of Sintakola. Brazil is a major user/producer of biofuel largely from corn and will probably find that although they are capable of producing potash it may be cheaper to import. This may well change as food prices increase and push the global potash price up.
