Vale will take over ELM, or take 50%.
For them it is cheaper to buy out ELM and install the mine. It is much cheaper to have the mine in Africa.
And if they find enough at dougou, they can produce up to 6 Million Tonne per year over 20-40 years.
And if they need more potash and the prices rise, they can built the argentina mine for 6$ billion.
