Finally found out why they haven't responded to any of my emails over the last 2 years. Apparently they think I am a robot. They are probably right, I check the sp every day and see the same result, pump more in on a regular basis, for the same result. Probably should thank them for enlightening me as to the basis of my existence. I am a spam/robot. lol.
