While the news that insto's picked up the allocation at the amount and speed that they did is a positive, it's difficult to see the market not overreact at a CR at $1.25. Market sentiment will surely drive this down in early trading, and even though the company has positive prospects, I think medium term we can expect a 10-15% drop from current SP.
