TGW makes reference to funding sources for Hazer in recent communications....
But no reference whatsoever to the potentially $9M in funding that Hazer would get if all the HZROs were exercised.....

Firstly GW is confident of getting better funding in the NY.... either at a higher price, or from a strategic investor - or government grant.

Secondly - he doesn't really want to see those options exercised at ... but there are a few people who are looking to hoover up all the options they can in the next few weeks and convert them, knowing that the SP has a very good chance of growing legs in the NY....
Same people may even help it grow legs by buying on marketto ensure all their new heads are in the money...?
