Exactly. the real terms of the royalty are known to the company - which is evident by their quotes such as "lower royalties payable at lower graphite prices, and increasing as graphite prices increase".
This information is known so they should release it!
The only thing they don't know is the net profit derived from the process, but they know the share of the net profits. Time to tell your loyal shareholders.
