I totally agree that HZN is one of the most under VALUED oil/gas stocks at the moment and needs to be rerated, what will the catalyst be to get the rerating - will this be the change in the indices?
With the changes coming it will allow me to get back in and accumulate more as I have been restricted with buying more.
