Absolutely everything has to be disclosed in the notes for the meeting. This is such a bad deal I will be stunned if the major share holders approve this ridiclious deal. They should overturn this then sack the board and get smart IT people in to run this and break a profit from the 22 million dollar turn over which current management and board never have!!!!
