Had my phone call returned i am very happy with our management team, These negotiations are never easy but i feel our directors Know what hyro is worth and have our interests first in any deal. (OH he could not disclose anything,just that things are ongoing)
I will not be selling for my following reasons.
No debt, Cash flow positive. Great management. IP will only grow with cloud etc. long term clients/customers.(running costs met by current orders,customers)
