I would think they have nothing to tell us yet,Other than negotiations are ongoing.
From what I can gather it is large Company that wants to get greater exposure to the Australian market and maybe even our Thailand exposure.

This would be a complex job, Im sure our suitors would be trying to get the best deal for themselves not us.

What intrigues me is the lack of speculation in the market place as to whom it might be.

IMO holders of HYO are in for a great Xmas and new year.
