share price goes from 29.5c one day to 44c the next and again the next day closes at 44c. Unless the buyer is the person making the offer the other people who bought it up to 44c on the first day would have had insider knowledge, then again who would be that dumb to buy an iliquid stock on insider knowledge. But then again ASIC couldn't prosecute anyone even when it looks this obvious.
