all very familiar if you ever owned ARQ shares when taken over by AWE

the spinoff BRU was a vehicle for the ARQ management to ride off into the sunset

AOE seems similar to me -- the DART

maybe the transferred AOE management can turn DART into a replicate of AOE eventually - the track record is encouraging

I agree that they will have to market Dart Energy -they seem to be supporting it well with cash and assets

todays close of $5.01 - $4.70 cash = $0.31 seems a low valuation
