Unfortunately, I think there will need to be a capital raising. Given the higher share price, this shouldn't dilute the market as much as it did at the lower share prices we have seen.

Going to the production stage, as shown by Alkane Resources (someone posted a link up to one of their reports on one of the other threads), there's a lot more involved after striking the resource in getting to a production state. Mining approvals, environmental impact studies, transport arrangements, pilot programs/facilities, buyers, funding, the list goes on.
