This is a great profile building activity for Hyro (even if I do say so myself) - particularly at a time when all major businesses are looking closely at how to get a better yield from their marketing and customer service expenditure.
We "leaked" a couple of stats to some bloggers on Thursday:
* 40% of customer engagement in 2009 will be driven by digital services; and * The amount of revenue directly delivered or influenced by digital services grew by 17% in 2008 and will represent 25% of corporate revenue in 2009.
As the 4C commentary said, as the largest digital services company in Australia, I think Hyro is well positioned to take advantage of these trends.
