I think the income would have relatively stable but NTA could be another story.
If NTA can hold 30c or better then share price will look very cheap to investors. I do suspect with Greece, Spain and Romania that it will cause NTA to drop.
I suppose I am relying on Germany, Austria and Italy to rescue the others and maintain the status quo.
