If the NTA holds up on a current valuation then the only negative would be if we have any exposure to the problems in Greece, Spain and Portugal.

The ramifications to the broader EC economy on the need to find the funds to bail them out may be a negative short term.
Failure to Bail out these economies would be worse though.

The news that Westfield believe that the worst is over and that they have a war chest ready to Buy is very positive and also the buyout of one other real tail manager shows some life in this area.
