Its a great day today. So many happy faces. The results were nothing less than incredible.
Then revenue was great,NZD 613(m). It is also above my estimate by 1.66%.
Something I was looking closely today was the gross margin. I'm happy to reiterate than it now sitting at 55.5%, as we know last year we were at 49.8%
If we simply look at growth to value, then we can say that this stock is worth in between AUD $15 - $20. 15 being a minimum and 20 is like just paying a fair price. Again these surface estimates don't even factor in A2M's cash pile and its financially invested assets.
We have a long way to go. Today's SP is too cheap.$20 party is where we should be at from here onwards, after taking out cash and investments.
