Battery Minerals Cobalt propities. (from information memorandum)

“This is the most prospective area in the world for high-grade cobalt outside the DRC, and BMR has been first to secure the best ground. Most of the project areas have high grade (>10% Co) outcropping at surface... provides the opportunity to fast track high-grade cobalt, low cost development through surface mining in a mine-friendly region with excellent infrastructure.”
    Dr. Ian Pringle

+ Staked and / or acquired 12 belts of known cobalt prospects (22 project areas), mostly about 2-3km wide and 8-10km long (total area extends east to west about 200km and north to south about 150 km,).

+ Iron Mask Project: extremely high-grade cobalt-nickel-copper mineralization in multiple exposures within mineralized zone of +10 km length: 6-ton shipment assayed 15% Co (1929); Ontario Dept. Mines
intersection assayed 60m @ 16.9% Co, 7.3% Ni (1968); prospector samples assayed 1.3-21.3% Co (1997), Kerr-Addison Mines 18.4% Co, 8.8% Ni, reported drill intercepts of “massive cobaltite” and
“chalcopyrite-cobalt-nickel” (1965); prospector samples assayed 3.1-20.9% Co, and 2.3-4.9% Cu (1997). Canmine Resources assayed 11.3% Co, 3.9% Ni (1997). Tonnage potential for high-grade cobalt.

+ Wilder Project: high-grade silver mine where cobalt ‘overlooked’: Siconor Mines (1960) erythrite (cobalt oxide) occurred over 70m strike length with 13.0-29.1 ounces per tonne (opt) Ag, Ontario Dept.Mines sample assayed 311.9 opt Ag, Brady and Wilder (1978-81) samples assayed 80-1407 opt Ag with 6.0% Co, Gilbin, Bresee (1981) samples assayed 1.4-8.8% Co and 4.9-280.6 opt Ag.

    Plus

+ Cobra Project: Previous workings rsampled 1.3% Co and 3.9% Ni over 1m; and 16.9% Co and 7.3% Ni
over 1.8 m. Mineralization correlates with a large aeromagnetic which extends over 10 km.

+ Fabre Project: Excellent potential for development of high-grade cobalt mine. Historic reported
    assays included 7.3% Co, 39 g/t Ag, 9.5 g/t Au (1950s), average of 11 samples 1.5% Co, 3952 g/t Ag, 14.4 g/t Au (1951) and average of three samples 8.5% Co, 67 g/t Ag and 10 g/t Au (1951).

+ McAra Project: two parallel zones of outcropping cobalt-silver veining, breccia and massive sulfide mineralization. 2003-06 drilling (21 holes) grading up to 13.3% Co, 1.1g/t Au and 11.9% Cu. Four similar magnetic anomalies to be drilled; open at depth (> 60m) and along strike to east and west. High tonnage and co-grade potential.

+ Kell Project: exceptional exposures of high-grade cobalt-nickel-copper including pink cobalt bloom sulfides within a well-defined trending N-structure containing up to 22% nickel. A high-priority target within a belt of numerous prospects and old mines.

+ Elk Lake: one of the largest silver producers in the region with considerable associated cobalt. Pink cobalt blooms, Co-Ni sulfides, pyrite-chalcopyrite veins pointing to high prospectivity.

+ Additional staking (192 claim units) and contract negotiations underway to ‘join’ project areas and
further expand tenement position in the region.

+ Aeromagnetic-radiometric survey (planned for November 2016) expected to double land holding with further expansions to come once ‘signatures’ established and additional opportunities under cover are identified.
