I know the Guys behind BMR and i am sure it was not HXG's decision to take cash over script. BMR is heavily oversubscribed and management know it. It would have been BMR negotiating not giving away unnecessary stock if they had cash. The listing price for BMR has already risen to 30c i think from 20
