True Chachi, but there really isn't any "news" that is not expected (well from what I know anyway). It's just the D&C issue, the general market environment as well as many other IO plays that might offer more immediate "returns" for players that is dampening the SP.

My view is the market just wants confirmation that the D&C issue is sorted. I've been told the issue isn't likely to go to court. I was told about a week ago D&C were going to "respond" within weeks. I'm just waiting. I'm confident. But hey, I offer no guarantee's lol.
