i'm seeing it as a steady and organized accumulation effort. i really think that if someone knew something, the sp would REALLY say something at this stage. i reckon people have waited long enough and the pendulum is on its slow swing back towards the somewhat flexible arrival time of pfs, jorc and legal issue.
