Forget about the Sale folks, it's OFF!!! No suitor in their right mind will touch this while there are legal issue hanging in the air. That's just for NOW though, anything could happen later on imho!

I believe they will settle out of court for sure in my opinion but I still think it is MAPSA and SRK on the backfoot with this one regardless what the Announcements state! They may just have to settle with diluting some of their shareholding in AF to D&C to appease them perhaps. Shouldn't be much dilution, infact SRK will still have a majority interest in AF by far imho but if this does happen, SRK have royally stuffed right up I reckon and it'll be bad for shareholders! If SRK tries and play hardball, I think they know they'll cop it much harder in the Peru courts imho so they'll frantically try and clear this up ASAP imho!
