We call that "riding the trade" ie, non-interest bearing debt arising from a trade transaction until paid. The issue remains though that if/when it is paid, it will have its' impact on cash flow (and reporting of same) as well as the P&L.
I found it funny that somebody else noted that Huon is carrying it in their B/S as a current loan liability rather than an account payable. Almost an admission that it is a laibility rather than a contingent liability subject to legal resolution. Cheers
