Ashentegra : you have nailed the essential, positive points that all real long term investors in RIC should be thinking about.
I expect that HUO and RIC will settle before the next court date in May, if not soon after. The legal proceedings will be very costly otherwise. Costs could well be awarded against HUO. Give what we know so far from previous posts and the limited media reports, the probability that HUO will lose is much, much higher than 50%.
