Huntley has a buy on it. He has miscaculated the dividend. He estimates that the div will be 16 cents and the profit at 38.5 cents for the full year. The presentation clearly states that the div will be between 50% and 70% of the annual profit which is a lot more than the 16 cents estimated.
This stock will bounce back as soon as the nervous nellies have sold out.
Transfield will also need to announce quickly who the new managing director will be.
